Linda
Chapekis, a native of Ann Arbor, Michigan, has worked as a controller
since 1983. Her specialty is managing accounting departments and
businesses, but her professional experience is vast. Examples of her
work range from negotiating union contracts to writing employee manuals
to arranging corporate tax amnesty with the IRS. She has earned various
management awards throughout her career including being named one of
the top ten producers in the world for a Fortune 500 international
executive accounting placement firm. Linda started The Accounting
Office in 1993, with a commitment to provide honest, reliable service
to her clients and a mission to contribute to the community she serves.
